Setting Code Generation Parameters for T I Processors
Before y ou generate code w ith Real-Time Workshop software, set the
fixed-step solver step size and specify an appropriate fixed-step solver if the
model contains any continuous-time states. At this time, you should also
select an appropriate sample rate for your system. Refer to your Real-Time
Workshop User’s Guide documentation for additional information.
Note Embedded IDE Link CC d oes not support continuous states in
Simulink softw are m od els for code gener ati on . In the Solver options in
the Con figuration Parameters dialog box , yo u m us t select
Discrete (no
continuous states)
as the Type,alongwithFixed step.
The Real-Time Workshop pane of the Configuration Parameters dialog
box lets you set numerous options for the real-time model. To o pe n the
Configuration Parameters dialog box, select Simulation > Configu ration
Param ete rs from the menu bar in your model.
The following figure shows the configuration parameters categories when you
are using Embedded IDE Link CC.
