Mastersound story MasterSound is an Italian company which has produced, for the past 18 years, class “A”, tube amplifiers. Our most important priority is to build equipment of the highest quality. We give the highest attention to quality in our design, our components, and our construction. Each part of our amplifier has been hand built with passion and skill. Our attention to detail will guarantee years and years of trouble free listening.
Integrated Amplifier Due Venti S.E. Congratulations on your choice! The model Due Venti S.E. that You chose is a integrated amplifier in pure class “A” which enhances the technical evolution of the classic pentode EL 34. The output transformer we designed and manufactured for this pentode allows to reach a range of extension which would be otherwise impossible with standard output transformers which need work with a negative reaction. The result is a perfect sound stage and a surprising presence.
Inside We built the Due Venti S.E. model with the utmost care, using only selected materials. Our product passed the stricter quality tests with excellent results and is now ready to offer You many years of pleasant listening. A new amplifier needs to be put on at low volume in order to perform at its best the musicality and high definition of sound.
Tubes installation (If not already installs) During the transportation the tubes are kept in an appropriate box and then they must be placed in the correct position (see the photo above). The EL 34 tube is indicated either by letter A , B ecc., which stand between the pins and are written on the base: that is the right place for the tube to be installed.

Check list To be done by the dealer: set up the amplifier with the right impedance 4/8 ohm suitable for the speakers and select the right main line according to country. The above checks are to be made inside the amplifier and shall be carried out only by qualified staff. To be done by the Purchaser: 8 • Place the amplifier on a solid and flat surface. • Place the tubes in their correct socket positions.
Switching on of the amplifier On the front panel of the amplifier there are some red lights, which light up when You switch on the amplifier to indicate the correct functioning. The amplifier must be pre-heated at least for twenty minutes, to reach the right temperature so as to get the best results in listening. The cylinders of the transformer have the function of heat sinks of the system, so it's normal that they reach a certain temperature during the listening sessions.
Maintenance of the amplifier Avoid extremely hot locations such as near radiators, stove or other heating units. Use gently a wet and soft cloth (buckskin) to clean Your amplifier and dry immediately. Never clean Your amplifier when hot or running. Do not forget to take out the plugs before starting to clean the amplifier. .

Warranty Your Due Venti S.E. , except the tubes, comes with a five years limited warranty covering defects in material and craftsmanship. During the warranty period, repairs are provided free of charge. Transportation costs and from the repair provider has to be paid by the owner. This warranty is void when: • the serial numbers have been removed • the screws fixed to the underside, have been removed • other kind of tubes different from the original have been used.
