Step 7: User Fingerprint Registration

During the download process all users which have already been registered via

SQF for the particular site were downloaded to the MasterScope. For these it

is necessary to register their ﬁngerprints for the login. If a user was not created

via SQF and downloaded, then it is still possible to add the user manually on the

MasterScope.

After the installation was successful, the user login screen will appear. It will be

preﬁlled with your username which was automatically created from your ﬁrst and

last name.

Password: You need to enter your My Study Portal password and click <Log In> to

continue.

If you accept the 21 CFR part 11 disclaimer, click <OK>.

In case proﬁciency PIN is

necessary to access the subject

mode (if applicable for your

trial), please use the proﬁciency

or training mode to start the

User Fingerprint Registration.

After proﬁciency was passed the

subject mode can be activated

for the particular user.
