1.2 Removing the Battery from the Notebook
Before shipping the device the battery must be removed from the
notebook!
1. Slide the release button in the direction of the arrow (1).
2. Slide the release button in direction of the arrow (2) and hold it in place.
3. Remove the battery from the battery compartment (3).
4. Place the battery in the foil package next to the notebook in the MasterScope
shipping box.
1.3 Faulty/Damaged Batteries
It is prohibited to ship faulty/damaged Lithium Ion batteries. Please
recycle those according to your local recycle rules.
