CARE AND MAINTENANCE
DO
Store the worktop flat and covered, in a dry
environment.
Clean wood worktops only with mild
cleaners and a damp cloth.
Clean stainless steel worktops only with
approved stainless steel polishes. Follow
the instructions on the polish carefully,
wiping with the grain. Using the wrong
polish on stainless steel will cause the
surface to cloud and, in some cases, to
turn white.
DO NOT
Do not store the worktop vertically or
uncovered, as this could cause warping.
Do not store the worktop in extremely
humid conditions for long periods of time.
Excessive moisture will cause it to warp,
curl, or otherwise become deformed.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaners
and pads as they will have a detrimental
effect on the worktop surface.
Do not leave liquids on the surface for
extended periods. Liquids could cause the
surface to become marred or stained.
Do not use sharp instruments to cut or
chop directly on the worktop surface.
