ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLE THE FRAME Lay the wood top upside down on a soft mat for protection. Identify the front and back of the wood top. Note the locations of the holes in the diagram below. Front Slide the lower frames into the upper frames to the desired height. This workbench is adjustable from 32" to 46" high in increments of 1". MAKE SURE THE TWO HOLES IN THE LOWER FRAMES FACE TOWARDS THE BACK. Attach each lower frame using four M8 x 85 hex bolts, eight washers and four M8 hex nuts. Tighten securely.
ASSEMBLY ATTACH THE CROSS BRACES ATTACH THE ADJUSTABLE FEET On the front, position one cross brace on the wood top. Attach using nine M6 x 16 mm hex bolts. Tighten securely. Screw the four adjustable feet into the bottom of the frame. Turn the workbench upright. Front On the back, position one cross brace on the wood top. Attach using nine M6 x 16 mm hex bolts. Also on the back, position one cross brace on the bottom of the frame. Attach using four M6 x 16 mm hex bolts. Tighten securely.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY MAINTENANCE Periodically clean the frame and wood top with mild detergent and water. Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning fluid. SAFETY CAUTION: The maximum product weight, including contents, should be no more than 3000 lbs. WARNING: DO NOT stand or lean on the work top. WARNING: DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object. This may cause personal injury or product damage.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
