1. Make sure that the on/off switch is in the
OFF position and remove the battery pack.
2. Turn the quick-release lever
counterclockwise until you hear a “click”
sound (FIG.5a). If the quick-release lever
is not turned to the correct position, it
may kick back to the locked position,
leaving no space to install the open-
loop accessory onto the accessory
plate (FIG.5b).
3. Ensure that the accessory plate and the
drive shaft are clean. Align the grooves
on the suitable accessory with the ribs
on the accessory plate.
Put the accessory onto the accessory
plate (FIG.5c).
4. Turn the quick-release lever back to
lock the drive shaft. Make sure that the
flange bolt is in the locked position.
