WARNING! Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based
products, penetrating oils, etc. to come in contact with plastic parts. Chem-
icals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic which may result in serious per-
sonal injury.
REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES (Fig. 9)
1. Unplug the saw before inspecting or
replacing brushes.
2. Loosening the locking screw and
remove carton brush covers.
3. Replace the carbon bushes and keep
the brushes clean and sliding freely in
their guide channels.
NOTE: To reinstall the same brushes,
make sure that the brushes go back in
the same way they came out. This will avoid a break-in period.
4. Install the carton brush covers and tighten the locking screw, but do not
over tighten. The saw should be allowed to “RUN IN” (run at no-load without
a blade) for 5 minutes before use to seat the new brushes properly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING! Turn the ON/OFF switch to the “OFF” position and unplug the
saw from the power source before performing troubleshooting procedures.

this Merchandise. Any oral representation(s) made will not be binding on seller
or its employees. The rights under this limited warranty are to the original

owner. This limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied
including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Seller shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
