This manual contains information that relates to
PROTECTING PERSONAL SAFETY and PREVENTING
EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS. It is very important to read
this manual carefully and understand it thoroughly

General usage description
The Mastercraft
®
General Purpose Air Filter is
designed to use with an air supply system to
remove solid particles from the air.
GUIDELINES FOR PROPER
USE AND OPERATION
After unpacking the filter, inspect it carefully for
any damage that may have occurred during transit
and tighten fittings, bolts, etc., before using the
filter.
Air system
Always use clean, dry, and compressed air.
Do not operate the filter at maximum or
minimum pressure.
It is recommended that the filter to be located
as close to the air supply system as possible.

Keep the air supply line away from heat, oil, and
sharp edges. Check the air supply line for wear
and tear, and ensure that all connections are
secure.
Storage
When the filter is not in use, disconnect it from
the air supply, clean, and store it in a safe, dry,
and childproof location.
The filter should be stored in a clean and dry
environment.
When temperatures are below freezing, keep the
filter as warm as possible using any safe,
convenient method.
