Warranty
Midwest Manufacturing guarantees this product against
manufacturing defects when used according to the
instructions provided. This guarantee will be honored
with proof of purchase. Midwest Manufacturing does not
guarantee this product if used for any purpose other than
the general purpose for which it is intended. Midwest
Manufacturing’s obligation is limited to replacement of
defective product only. Midwest Manufacturing will not be
responsible for lost time, replacement labor, nor any other
commensurate costs associated with replacement.
Precautions
Important! Read before using.
• This product contains Portland cement. Contact with
freshly mixed product can cause severe burns. Avoid
direct contact with eyes.
• If this product should contact eyes, immediately
ush with water for at least 15 minutes and consult
a physician. For skin exposure, wash promptly with
plenty of soap and water, and remove soaked clothing
promptly. If this product burns your skin, see a
physician immediately.
• This product may contain silica. Silica dust, if inhaled,
may cause respiratory or other health problems.
Prolonged inhalation may cause delayed lung injury,
including silicosis and possibly cancer. A N95 approved
dust mask, eye protection, rubber boots, and gloves are
recommended when using this product.
Keep out of reach of children
Typically, water will satisfactorily clean tools after using
Instant Post Set. If the material has begun to harden, warm
soapy water may be helpful for cleaning hands and tools.

All yields are approximate and do not include allowances for uneven
subgrade, waste, etc.
• Dig post hole deeper than frost line
• Do not use for structural supports
• Use only when ground and air temperature are both
above 40 degrees F.
• Avoid machine or hand mixing due to rapid set time.
• Build up top of cement mix to a sloped pyramid shape
around post so rain or water will not puddle at the base
of the post.
• Temperature, humidity, and soil absorbency may cause
the set time to vary slightly. Cooler weather will slightly
slow set time and hot weather will slightly accelerate
set time.
