Masterclock,Inc.offersa30‐daySatisfactionGuaranteeonallofour
products.Iftheproductdoesnotmeetyourrequirements,returnit
within30daysfromtheinvoicedateandcancelthePurchaseOrderor
requestarefund
iftheorderhasbeenprepaid.Thisreturnprivilegeis
subjecttothefollowingconditions:Anyreturnedmerchandisemustbe
packedintheoriginalshippingcontainerandpackingmaterial
completewithallinstructionbookletsandaccessories,befreeofany
blemishesandshownosignsofdamage.Pleasenotethat
software
cannotbereturnedwithouttheassociatedhardware.ARMAis
required,whichmustbeobtainedwithin30daysofthedateofthe
originalMasterclockinvoice,beforeanyitemcanbereturned.
You,thepurchaser,areresponsibleforALLfreight,insuranceandtaxes
(ifany)forbothshippingand
returninganyproductandagreetopayany
suchchargesthatmayhavebeenincludedontheoriginalMasterclock
invoice.Becausethecostassociatedwithevaluationprocessingand
returnscanbesubstantial(forbothparties)weaskthatyoulimititems
orderedforevaluationtotheminimumquantity/unitsneeded
Warranty
Return─Itemsreturnedforrepairorreplacementwithin
applicablewarrantyperiod:
1.Ifanin‐warrantyitemisfoundtobedefectiveitwillberepairedor
replacedbyMasterclockinaccordwithourwarrantypolicyand
returnedviaprepaidgroundfreight.
2.Ifareturneditemisfoundnotto
bedefectivethenreturnfreightand
insurancewillbechargedtothecustomerinadditiontofees
describedbelow.
3.Incomingfreight(andinsurance)forallreturneditemsmustbe
prepaidbycustomer.
4.A$100analysisfeewillbechargedforitemsthatarereturnedas
defectivebuttest
functionallygoodandforitemsthathavebeen
modifiedordamagedbycustomer‐suchitemswillbereturned
unprocessedtothecustomer.RepairReturn‐Itemsreturnedfor
repairafterexpirationofwarrantyperiod:
5.Youwillbeadvisedofthecostofanyrepairsandwewillrequirea
creditcard
numberorpurchaseorderpriortoanyworkbeingstarted.
A$100analysisfeewillbechargedforanyun‐repairditemreturned
atthecustomer'srequest.
6.A$100analysisfeewillbechargedforanyitemthatisreturnedfor
postwarrantyrepairasdefectivebuttestfunctionally
good.
7.Merchandisereceived,whichhasbeenmodifiedbycustomerswillbe
returnedunprocessedtothecustomeranda$100analysisfeewillbe
chargedforitemssoreturned.
8.Incomingandreturnfreight(andinsurance)forallreturneditemswill
bechargedtocustomer.
