Masterflex is an 100% acrylic elastomeric sealer of one component, designed for fixing leaks in roofs and walls, caused by capillarity,
cracks or joints when adding new constructions to existing ones. Masterflex is highly flexible. It is a product that is internally plasticized
in order to retain its mechanical properties and its adhesion, even after years of exposure to the sun and the rain. Masterflex leaves a
brilliant white finish, reducing surface heat absorption up to 15°F.
Masterflex® is used for waterproofing and protecting asphalt, concrete, wood, roof tiles, galvanized metal (exposed for some time), built
up roofs, and roof asphalt shingles.
