3. Press MODE to enter into distance mode or calorie mode. Hold the MODE again for 2 second to
enter into setting mode. The setting operation will be the same as above.
4. All settings could be changed by pressing button MODE for 2 seconds and pressing RESET and
MODE buttons for correction.
How to set the sensitivity of sensor:
Make sure to set the sensitivity of step counting sensor before the first usage of this unit as bellow:
Wear pedometer appropriately and set to step counting mode. Try walking and remember the steps.
Compare the real steps with the counting value. If pedometer counting is more than real value, please
wrest the sensitivity button F a little to “-“, if less value, please wrest to opposite direction. Then back to
the first step, and repeat the operation until the two values come to the same.
Check and delete STEPS/DISTANCE/CALORIES:
Press MODE to switch between steps/time, distance/time/calorie. In step/time mode, press RESET
button to clear all data (all steps, distance and calorie memories) to zero.
How to wear the pedometer:
Attach the pedometer at waist level to your belt, slacks, or
training attire. Make sure that the pedometer is securely
attached in a horizontal position. Open the cover and press
RESET button to clear the record data. Then close the cover
to use it.
Daily practise suggestion:
In order to keep practise effect a person weight of 60 kgs
should walk more than 10000 step, consume 300Kcal.
