NORMAL DISPLAY
When the system is "normal", with no fire alarms, supervisory signals or
troubles detected the system:
1. The red FIRE LED is off.
2. The Green AC ON LED is on.
3. The SUPV, TROUBLE, DISABLED and SILENCED icons are off.
4. The LCD displays "SYSTEM NORMAL" and date ("DD/MM/YY") and the time.
