Insert the front and back cart legs (DB, DC, DD, & DE)
into the left and right upper leg support bars (DA).

Insert wire tank exclusion (DK) into the 3rd hole from the
bottom, on each cart leg (DB, DC, DD, & DE). The opening
of the wire tank exclusion (DK) must face the left cart legs
(DD & DE). Once in position, swing both cart legs vertically.
