Expand your lighting capabilities and take full control of diffusion like never before. The Calumet 40° Ribbon Egg
Crate is designed to control light distribution and edge spill by condensing the light source, while maintaining the
soft box effect. It’s perfect for controlling depth when shooting subjects against a background.
Each grid is made to last using our specification of lightweight flame-resistant nylon and hook-and-loop fasteners,
which are then machine-stitched using computerised industrial sewing machines, with tolerances that assure size
uniformity in each cell. They are easy to setup and are a perfect companion for the Calumet soft box family, which
includes Nova, Nova Strip, Nova Video and Illuma. Great for portrait, video, studio or location.
