Calumet Three-Piece
Boom Arm with
Counterweight
This three-section boom arm is strong
enough to support most light units. Fully
assembled it extends to 78.8" (200cm), while
dismantled it is only 28" (71cm) long and
weighs just 3lbs (1.4kg). It features a pivoting
clamp and a 9.5lbs (5.3kg) counterweight. It
is constructed of non reflective, black
anodised-aluminium tubing and includes a

Wall Mount Boom
This two-section boom arm and its swivel-
mounting wall bracket provides a maximum
extension of 82.7" (210cm). Its minimum
extension is 47.2" (120cm). Movement
consists of 160° vertical and 180° horizontal
rotation. Fully extended, it will handle up to a
9.9lbs (4.5kg) load. A

⁄8" threads to accept a wide variety of

Calumet Compact Boom
This boom features the same sleek,
counterweight design as its big brother —
with the exception of an angle indicator. The
Compact Boom measures 52" (132cm) with a
reach of 32" (81cm) and disassembles to 38"
(97cm). It includes one 12.5lbs (5.6kg) lead-
shot counterweight bag and head extensions
are available in 18" (46cm), 24" (61cm) and
30" (76cm) lengths. It quickly assembles in
less than five minutes without tools. The
Compact Boom can be mounted to any Cine
light stand with a 1.125" female mount.

Calumet Telescopic
Remote Boom
Studio shooters will appreciate the
ease of light-angle control offered by
this heavy-duty telescopic boom, and
location shooters will enjoy its
portability. The length of the boom
extends from 58" (147cm) to 101"
(250cm) and a remote crank at the
back end of the arm controls the
direction of the light source mounted
at the other end up to 135°. It comes
with a 5/8" stud and a 15lbs (6.8kg)

The rotating head has an angle indicator that
rotates the head 360° on its arm. A unique
double-beam parallelogram design maintains
the angle of light as you move it up and down.
The Standard Boom measures 114" (290cm)
overall with a 72" (180cm) reach and comes
with two 12.5lbs (5.6kg) lead-shot
counterweight bags. Mounts to any Cine light
