Calumet Cocoon 70
Perfect for small products, these egg-shaped
plastic coves are made up of four translucent
diffusion panels. These “original” Cocoons are
made of a specially formulated plastic that
offers optimum light transmission and
diffusion. Each features three photo portholes
so you can shoot your product from overhead,
at a 45° angle or horizontally. Unlike even
light boxes, Cocoons eliminate the blooming
of digital highlights and can be lit with
sunlight, skylight, full-spectrum fluorescent,
HMI or flash. Each is specifically designed for
the angle of view and focus needed by a
55-60mm macro lens on a 35mm camera or
equivalent. To change the colour of your
background, simply unzip the Cocoon and
insert a paper backdrop cut to size. The
Cocoon can be disassembled for easy

Portable Shooting
Station
If you’re looking for a simple, portable solution
for shooting small products with high-quality
lighting, the PortaCube is perfect for you. This
compact and economical folding tabletop
allows you to create professional-quality
photographs in your office, home or on
location. The PortaCube consists of two
translucent side walls and a translucent top
that allow your subject to be illuminated with
diffused light from the sides or the top. A
double-sided cloth background fabric allows
you to create a nondistracting, seamless
sweep behind your product and provides
contrast with either dark or light objects. The
sides and top assemble easily with hook-and-
loop strips and the unit folds down quickly
into a small, slim, easy-to-carry package with
a convenient carrying handle. Available in

Calumet Cocoon 80S
Calumet’s fabric Cocoon 80S is an extension
of plastic cocoons. This collapsible,
lightweight, compact cube is ideal for
photographing medium- and large-sized
products — especially those with reflective
surfaces. The structure is covered in a
translucent fabric that can be lit from the
sides, top, back, front and even bottom with a
shooting table. One side is secured with a
zipper and features an 8" (20.3cm) slit to
insert the camera lens. A matching fabric
insert is included to provide a seamless
horizon inside the Cocoon 80S. The entire

collapses to 14 x 2" (36 x 5cm) and slides
inside a convenient pouch for easy storage

Calumet Portable Shooting Table
The Calumet Portable Shooting Table provides a 24 x 24" (61 x 61cm) shooting surface with an
adjustable sweep. The table is great for product photography and can be lit from below thanks to
its translucent surface. The shooting table weighs only 10lbs 12oz. (4.84kg), and assembles to a
dimension of 24 x 24 x 43" (61 x 61 x 111cm). Adding to its versatility, the Portable Shooting Table
can be disassembled and carried to your next location shoot in its travel bag. Recommended for

Calumet Tabletop Studio
Here is the ultimate in portability and
convenience when it comes to small-product
tabletop photography. The Tabletop Studio is a
lightweight and compact shooting surface
that is perfect for small objects such as
jewellery, models, flowers and much more.
Consisting of no more than a folding metal
frame and a single piece of
23.25 x 35.5" (59 x 90cm) diffused
polypropylene, the Tabletop Studio sets up in
seconds to provide a professional-quality,
seamless shooting surface that can be lit
from any direction, including below the
subject. It can be placed either on the ground
or on any smooth flat surface.
The lightweight metal frame features hinged
front and rear legs and a hinged back,
allowing it to be folded flat, taking up
minimum storage or transport space. The
entire Tabletop Studio weighs just 7.5lbs
(3.4kg) and assembles to a very practical
outside dimension of 27.5 x 23.25 x 21.6"
(70 x 59 x 55cm). Recommended for use with
objects weighing under 10lbs (4.5kg).
