NOTE: All nuts that have a cotter pin installed must be serviced by an
authorized Dealer.
Front Wheel Hub Tightening
Front wheel bearing tightness and spindle nut retention are critical component
operations. Service work must be performed by an authorized dealer.
Tapered nuts: install with tapered side against wheel
Air Filter Service
Air Filter Service
1. Remove seat.
2. Release clips and remove cover.
3. Loosen clamp and remove
Filter.
4. Remove fabric type pre-filter
from main filter. Wash pre-filter in
soapy water and dry it.
5. Reinstall pre-filter over main filter. Replace main filter as required.
6. Reinstall filter into air box and tighten clamp. Do not over tighten clamp or
