4. Assemble 1pc Right skirt (4) to the Base tray using 3pcs Screw M6×12 (a) and 1pc Screw M5*10(d) from the fastener kit.

5. Assemble 4pcs Castors (5) to the Base tray using 16pcs Screw M6×12 (a) from the fastener kit.

Lock this castor
Locking the rear castors will steady the base.
Position the base with the locks facing outwards.

6. Assemble the Left panel (6) and Right panel (7) to the Base tray using 4pcs Screw M6×12 (a) from the fastener kit.

7. Assemble the Back panel (8) using 5pcs Screw M6×12 (a) from the fastener kit.
7B. BBQs fitted with cabinet top panels, assemble the side
panels to the top panel using 6pcs Screw M6x12 (a)
from the fastener kit. Place this assembly on top of
the cabinet side panels. Secure this assembly to the
back panel (8) using 3pcs Screw M6x12 (a) from the
fastener kit.
After completing step 8. Secure the front of this
assembly to the transom (9) using 4pcs screw M6x12
(a) from the fastener kit.
