Problem Solution
The microphone
is not turning on.
The battery is depleted. Be sure to
charge the microphone after each use.
The USB or Mi-
croSD mode is
not working.
Ensure that the Power button on the
microphone has been turned on and
that the Music Volume (5) is turned up.
Check the instructions in the “Playback
and Music” section above to ensure
that your preferred mode is connected
properly (remember especially that you
may need to press the Mode button
(8) again to cycle through the correct
mode).
Ensure there are audio files stored on
your MicroSD chip or USB drive.
The microphone
is not playing mi-
crophone vocals.
Ensure that the Power button on the
microphone has been turned on and
that the Microphone Volume (1) is
turned up.
If there is still no audio output from the
microphone, please charge the micro-
phone.
