Verify Sensor type and size and
re-apply sensor. See Directions for Use

Check and see if blood flow to the site
is restricted.
Check the placement of the sensor.
Re-apply sensor or move to a different
site.
Replace Sensor.
Minimize or eliminate motion at the
monitoring site.
Set to Maximum Sensitivity. See
Sensitivity Modes on page 30 of the
Operator's Manual.
Difficulty
obtaining a
reading.
Interference from line
frequency induced
noise.
Misaligned sensor
Inappropriate sensor or

Excessive ambient or
strobing light.
