NomoLine Capnography Messages
The following section lists common NomoLine capnography messages, their potential causes,
and next steps.
Message Potential Causes Next Steps
No Breath
Detected
• Indicates no breath is
detected within selected
apnea timeout setting.
• Confirm patient is properly
connected to sampling line.
• Check patient breathing circuit.
• Replace sampling line.
Replace
Sampling Line
• Indicates that a sampling
line is clogged or blocked,
not allowing flow.
• Indicates that the
sampling line should be
replaced.
• Check for a blockage and replace
the sampling line if necessary.
• Replace the sampling line
No Sampling
Line
• Indicates that a sampling
line is not connected to
Rad-97.
• Reconnect the sampling line
Check Ambient
Temperature
• Indicates that the internal
temperature is out of
range.
• Confirm standard operating
conditions.
