INSTALLING YOUR APPLIANCE Select Location The proper location will ensure peak performance of your appliance. We recommend a location where the unit will be out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To ensure your product performs to specifications, the recommended installation location temperature range is from 55 to 100°F (13 to 38°C). Front Grille, keep this area open. Cabinet Clearance Ventilation is required from the bottom front of the appliance.

A confirm tone will sound, and the current storage compartment temperature will be displayed. ALARM RESET Starting your appliance: Plug the appliance power cord into a 115 volt wall outlet.
USING YOUR ELECTRONIC CONTROL Adjusting the temperature: To set or check the set-point temperature (with the control out of sleep mode), press the "-" or "+" keypads. "SET" will be indicated on the user interface panel and the current set-point temperature will display and flash. Subsequent presses of the "-" or "+" keypads will adjust the temperature colder or warmer respectively.
USING YOUR ELECTRONIC CONTROL Power Failure • Control lock: The control panel can be locked to avoid unintentional changes. To lock the control, press and hold the "Lock" keypad until the display reads "Loc" then immediately release your finger from the keypad. The lock icon will flash 3-times and then continuously illuminate. When the control panel is locked, only the Lock keypad, System Status OK indicator , and the Alarm indicator are active.
OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION This alarm condition can be reset by momentarily pressing the "On/Off" keypad. If this alarm occurs it is recommended that you check the condition of your stored contents, even though the appliance is operating normally and the temperature has recovered, as prolonged temperature excursions could spoil perishables. NOTE If you purchased an overlay panel model, your unit is equipped with articulated hinges to allow fully integrated built-in installations.
OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION ! Step 2: Remove the door gasket With the door laying on a flat surface and starting at a corner of the door remove the magnetic door gasket from the interior side of the door, see Figure 17. Set the gasket aside on a flat surface. WARNING Use extreme caution with the articulated hinges. The hinge is self closing and many pinch points exist prior to built-in installation. Do not remove the cabinet "Z" bracket from the top of the cabinet.

OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION ! CAUTION Weight of overlay door panel must not exceed 15 pounds (6.8 kg) for a solid door model. #10 x 1⁄2" screw Step 4: Assemble the panel to the door The preferred method of attaching the panel to the door is to clamp the panel to the door so it cannot move while drilling the screw pilot holes. Use bar clamps or "C" clamps with pads on the clamping surfaces that will not mar the panel or the door.
OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION Step 6: Secure the cabinet Use the #8 x 3⁄4" black screws from the literature pack to secure the counter top to the cabinet top through the holes in the cabinet "Z" bracket.
USING YOUR BEER DISPENSER Shelving The unit is shipped with the (2) shelves taped in place in the upper and the lower shelf positions. Remove them from the refrigerator and arrange them as follows when setting up your unit. If you are using a quarter barrel of beer, you can add shelf space for keeping your mugs chilled. The quarter barrel must set on the floor, it cannot fit on the shelf, see Figure 26.
USING YOUR BEER DISPENSER This beer dispensing unit will support one half (1⁄2) barrel or one quarter (1⁄4) barrel. The double draft tower units can support two sixth (1⁄6) barrels of beer. See chart below for quantity of beer in each barrel size. USING YOUR BEER DISPENSER 9. Hooking up the keg coupler to the keg: Verify the coupler is in the "OFF" position (see Figure 43a).Align the lugs on the keg with the corresponding openings on the keg coupler and turn clockwise until the coupler stops (about 90°). Push down and twist the top of the coupler clockwise to allow gas to enter the keg. Push faucet handle back toward tower to close the faucet Connect with "S" hook Chain-The chain is fastened and taped to the top of the interior liner.
USING YOUR BEER DISPENSER Optional CO2 tank external mounting bracket: The optional mounting bracket is designed to hold the 5# CO2 cylinder that comes with the beer dispenser. Larger cylinders may be purchased from a third party and mounted externally. Use the hole port on the rear of the cabinet to run the CO2 line to the keg. Remove foam plug from hole port Many options are available for mounting the CO2 tank outside of the beer dispenser to gain additional cold storage space inside.
USING YOUR BEER DISPENSER CO2 Regulator (Single Dispense Tower) Your beer dispenser comes equipped with a 5 pound CO2 tank and a single gauge regulator. The gauge reads the pressure being supplied to the beer keg. Follow the procedure below to adjust the pressure to 12 - 14 psi (0.8 to 1 bar) for lager beer or 9 - 12 psi (0.6 to 0.8 bar) for ale's. To adjust the pressure (Single Gauge): 1. Close the shutoff valve at the bottom of the regulator. 2.
USING YOUR BEER DISPENSER AND CARE AND CLEANING Drain kit (All Models): The drain kit is shipped in Push faucet handle back toward tower to close the faucet place and ready to use. To empty: Pull drain hose out of bottle cap, remove bottle from unit, unscrew cap and discard waste and rinse bottle. Reinstall bottle in unit.
CARE AND CLEANING Cleaning and Maintaining Dispensing System The dispensing system needs to be cleaned between usage to prevent spoilage and/or foul taste in your beer. Tap Cleaning Kit This is an optional item (part number 42242373) Kit includes everything to quickly clean tap. Includes cleaning solution, pump, mixing bottle, brush and wrench. Faucet Cleaning Turn off the gas supply with the shutoff valve(s) under the regulator (see Figure 47 or 48) and open the faucet to relieve the pressure.
CARE AND CLEANING AND ENERGY SAVING TIPS Front Grille Be sure that nothing obstructs the required air flow openings in front of the cabinet. At least once or twice a year, brush or vacuum lint and dirt from the front grille area (see page 4). ! CAUTION SHOCK HAZARD: Disconnect electrical power from the appliance before cleaning with soap and water. Cabinet The painted cabinet can be washed with either a mild soap and water and thoroughly rinsed with clear water. NEVER use abrasive scouring cleaners.

UTILISATION DE VOTRE COMMANDE ÉLECTRONIQUE Power Failure Verrouillage des commandes : • Le panneau de commandes peut être verrouillé pour éviter des changements inopinés. Pour verrouiller les commandes, actionnez la commande de verrouillage (symbôle de verrouillage) et maintenez-la appuyée jusqu’à ce que l’afficheur montre «Loc», puis immédiatement relâchez l’appui. L’icône de verrou va clignoter trois fois puis rester allumée.

La charnière se referme toute seule et il existe de nombreux points de pinçage avant l’installation encastrée. N’enlevez pas la cornière en «Z» du haut de l’armoire. INSTALLATION DE PANNEAU DE REVÊTEMENT DE PORTE ! ATTENTION Le poids du revêtement de porte ne doit pas dépasser 15 lb (6,8 kg) pour un modèle à porte pleine. Vis #10 x 1 ⁄2 po Étape 4 : Assemblez le panneau sur la porte La méthode préférée pour fixer le panneau sur la porte est de le tenir dessus par serre-joints pour éviter tout déplacement durant le perçage d’avant-trous.
INSTALLATION DE PANNEAU DE REVÊTEMENT DE PORTE Étape 6 : Fixez l’armoire Utilisez des vis #8 x 3⁄4 po du sachet de documentation pour fixer la surface du haut sur l’armoire au travers des trous dans la cornière en «Z» de l’armoire de réfrigérateur.
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BIÈRE Rangement L’appareil est livré avec deux (2) étagères fixées par bande en position la plus haute et la plus basse. Sortez-les et disposez-les comme suit quand vous configurerez votre distributeur. Si vous utilisez un quart de baril de bière (fût de 29,33 L), vous pouvez ajouter un espace sur étagère pour garder vos chopes glacées. Le fût d’un quart de baril doit reposer sur le fond, il ne peut pas tenir sur l’étagère (Voyez la Figure 26).
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BIÈRE Le distributeur de bière peut supporter un baril d’un demi (1/2) ou d’un quart (1/4) de gallon. Les distributeurs doubles de bière pression peuvent supporter deux barils de bière d’un sixième (1/6) de gallon. Consultez le tableau cidessous pour la quantité de bière de chaque taille de baril.

UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BIÈRE 8. Positionnez la bouteille de CO2 dans l’angle du réfrigérateur comme c’est montré en Figure 42 et attachezla avec la chaîne. Repousser la poignée de robinet en arrière vers la tour pour fermer le robinet. 9. Accrochez le coupleur sur le fût : Vérifiez que le coupleur est en position fermée (voyez la Figure 43a).
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BIÈRE Support optionnel de montage pour bouteille extérieure de CO2 Ôtez le bouchon en mousse du trou de hublot Le support optionnel de montage est conçu pour maintenir la bouteille de CO2 N° 5 qui est livrée avec le distributeur de bière. Des bouteilles plus grosses peuvent être achetées ailleurs et placées extérieurement. Utilisez le trou de hublot à l’arrière du meuble pour passer la conduite de CO2 jusqu’au fût.
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BIÈRE Régulateur de CO2 (tour de distribution simple) Régulateur de CO2 (tour de distribution double) Votre distributeur de bière est livré équipé avec une bouteille de CO2 de 5 livres et un régulateur à un manomètre. Le manomètre indique la pression qui est envoyée au fût de bière. Suivez la procédure ci-dessous pour régler la pression qui doit être environ de 12 - 14 psi (0,8 à 1 bar) pour de la bière lager, ou de 9 - 12 psi (0,6 à 0,8 bar) pour de la bière ale.
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BIÈRE ET ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Kit de drainage (tous modèles) : Le kit de drainage Repoussez la poignet de robinet en arrière vers la tour pour fermer le robinet. est envoyé déjà en place et prêt à l’emploi. Pour vider : Tirez le tuyau de drainage hors du capuchon de bouteille, enlevez la bouteille du meuble, dévissez son capuchon et rincez la bouteille. Réinstallez la bouteille dans le meuble.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Nettoyage et entretien du système de distribution Le système de distribution a besoin d’être nettoyé entre ses utilisations pour éviter du gaspillage et/ou un mauvais goût pour la bière. Kit de nettoyage de robinetterie C’est un article optionnel (N° de pièce 42242373), ce kit inclut tout ce qu’il faut pour nettoyer rapidement la robinetterie. Solution de nettoyage, pompe, bouteille pour mélange, brosse et clé.
L’ENTRETIEN ET LE NETTOYAGE, CONSEILS POUR L’ÉCONOMIE D’ÉNERGIE Grille frontale Assurez-vous que rien n’obstrue les ouvertures pour flux d’air requises à l’avant de l’armoire. Au moins une à deux fois par an, chassez par brossage ou par aspiration les peluches et les saletés dans la zone de la grille avant (Voyez en page 4). ! ATTENTION RISQUE DE COMMOTION ÉLECTRIQUE : Débranchez l’alimentation secteur de l’appareil avant de le nettoyer à l’eau savonneuse.

INSTALACIÓN DE SU ARTEFACTO Selección de la ubicación La ubicación adecuada asegurará el desempeño óptimo de su artefacto. Recomendamos una ubicación en la que la unidad esté a cubierto de la luz solar directa y lejos de fuentes de calor. Para asegurar que su producto funcione de acuerdo con las especificaciones, el rango de temperaturas recomendado para la ubicación de instalación es de 55 a 100º F (de 13 a 38º C). Sonará un tono audible de confirmación y aparecerá la temperatura actual del compartimiento de almacenamiento.
USO DE SU CONTROL ELECTRÓNICO Ajuste de la temperatura: Para establecer o ver el valor de consigna de la temperatura (con el control fuera del modo de espera), pulse la tecla “-” o “+”. La pantalla mostrará “SET” y el valor de consigna de la temperatura parpadeando. Para ajustar la temperatura más fría o más caliente, pulse repetidamente las teclas “-” o “+” respectivamente.
USO DE SU CONTROL ELECTRÓNICO Power Failure Bloqueo del control: • El panel de control se puede bloquear para evitar cambios accidentales. Para bloquear el control, mantenga pulsada la tecla “Bloqueo” hasta que la pantalla muestre “Loc”; a inmediatamente continuación suelte la tecla. El icono de bloqueo parpadeará 3 veces y luego quedará permanentemente encendido. Cuando el panel de control está bloqueado, solo están activos el botón “Bloqueo”, el indicador de sistema OK y el indicador de alarma.
INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL DE PUERTA DECORATIVO Esta condición de alarma se puede apagar pulsando la tecla “Encendido / Apagado”.
INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL DE PUERTA DECORATIVO ! ADVERTENCIA Tenga mucho cuidado con las bisagras articuladas. La bisagra es de cierre automático y existen muchos puntos que podrían pellizcar sus manos antes de la instalación empotrada. No desmonte el soporte en “Z” de la parte superior del gabinete. Paso 2: desmonte la junta de la puerta. Coloque la puerta sobre una superficie plana y, comenzando desde una esquina de la puerta, retire la junta magnética del lado interior de la puerta (vea la Figura 17).

INSTALACIÓN DEL PANEL DE PUERTA DECORATIVO ! PRECAUCION El peso del panel decorativo de la puerta no debe exceder de 15 libras (6,8 kg) para un modelo con puerta maciza. Tornillo n.º 10 x ½" Paso 4: monte el panel en la puerta. El método preferido para fijar el panel a la puerta es sujetarlo con pinzas para que no pueda moverse al perforar los agujeros para guía de los tornillos.

CÓMO UTILIZAR SU DISPENSADOR DE CERVEZA Estanterías La unidad se entrega con (2) estantes sujetados con cinta adhesiva, uno en la posición superior y el otro en la inferior. Retírelos del refrigerador é instálelos como se indica a continuación cuando ensamble la unidad. Si está utilizando un barril de cerveza de 26,5 litros (cuarto de barril), puede usar el espacio libre en los estantes para mantener fríos sus vasos cerveceros.
CÓMO UTILIZAR SU DISPENSADOR DE CERVEZA Esta unidad dispensadora de cerveza admite un barril de 57 litros (medio barril) o un barril de 26,5 litros (un cuarto de barril). Las unidades con torre de doble grifo admiten (2) barriles de 19 litros (un sexto de barril) de cerveza. Vea en el cuadro siguiente la cantidad de cerveza que contiene cada tamaño de barril.

CÓMO UTILIZAR SU DISPENSADOR DE CERVEZA 8. Coloque el tanque de CO2 en la esquina del refrigerador, como se muestra en la Figura 42 y asegúrelo con la cadena. Cerrar la palanca 9. Conexión del acoplamiento del barril al barril: verifique que el acoplamiento esté en la posición CERRADO (vea la Figura 43a). Alinee las orejas del cuello del barril con las aberturas correspondientes en el acoplamiento y gírelo a la derecha hasta que se detenga (aproximadamente 90°).
CÓMO UTILIZAR SU DISPENSADOR DE CERVEZA Soporte de montaje externo opcional para tanque de CO2: Quite el tapón de espuma del orificio El soporte de montaje opcional está diseñado para sostener el cilindro de CO2 de 5 lb que viene con el dispensador de cerveza. Pueden comprarse a terceros cilindros más grandes, para montaje externo. Utilice el orificio posterior del gabinete para conectar la línea de CO2 al barril.
CÓMO UTILIZAR SU DISPENSADOR DE CERVEZA Regulador de CO2 (torre para dispensado simple) Su dispensador de cerveza viene equipado con un tanque de CO2 de 5 libras y un regulador con manómetro. El manómetro indica la presión que se suministra al barril de cerveza. Para regular la presión a 12-14 psi (0,8 a 1 bar) para cerveza tipo lager, o 9-12 psi (0,6 a 0,8 bar) para cerveza ale, siga el procedimiento indicado a continuación. CÓMO UTILIZAR SU DISPENSADOR DE CERVEZA, CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA Juego para drenaje (todos los modelos): Empuje la palanca del grifo hacia la torre para cerrarlo el juego para drenaje se entrega instalado, listo para usar. Para vaciar: retire la manguera de drenaje de la tapa de la botella, retire la botella de la unidad, desenrosque la tapa, deseche los residuos y enjuague la botella. Vuelva a colocar la botella en la unidad.
CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA Limpieza y mantenimiento del sistema dispensador El sistema dispensador necesita ser limpiado entre cada uso para evitar su deterioro y/o mal sabor en la cerveza. Juego para limpieza del dispensador Este es un componente opcional (número de pieza 42242373). El juego contiene todo lo necesario para limpiar rápidamente el dispensador (solución limpiadora, bomba, botella de mezcla, cepillo y llave).
CUIDADOS Y LIMPIEZA - CONSEJOS PARA AHORRAR ENERGÍA Rejilla frontal Verifique que nada obstruye el flujo de aire requerido en las aberturas delanteras del gabinete. Cepille o limpie con una aspiradora las pelusas y suciedad acumuladas en las aberturas de la rejilla al menos una o dos veces al año (vea la página 4). ! PRECAUCION PELIGRO DE CHOQUE ELÉCTRICO: Desconecte la alimentación eléctrica del artefacto antes de limpiarlo con agua y jabón.
