Step #1:

Check that the shelf rollers are not bent. Shelf rollers should be parallel to the shelf rail. If a

roller is bent, use pliers to bend the roller back to the correct position and check to see if shelf

still falls out of rail.

These photos show the correct orientation of

the shelf roller. They should be in a vertical

upright position without appearing at an angle.
