5.6 Connection of an electromagnetic stop valve

The electromagnetic stop valve must be installed at the back of the

rotational vacuum concentrator between the chamber and the vacuum

pump or the cooling trap (depending on the type of application, chapter 5.5

- "Connection of a vacuum pump and/or a cooling trap".

NOTE

Observe the installation direction of the stop valve!

NOTE

Only for GEMÜ solenoid valves,

type 52 (DN6):

GEMÜ solenoid valves of this type

must be installed contrary to the

marked flow direction (see the

illustration)!
