Master Reset
To reset your watch plug the USB cable into a power source. Connect the USB cable
to the Watch and immediately disconnect it again.
Factory Restore
Turn on your Watch then, press and hold both buttons on the Watch until the word
“Restored” appears.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Your OLED display stop working, but the LED & vibration are working 
With Android phone, getting a call from Sue Anders but the watch shows another
contact, Sue Anderson

When Bluetooth feature on and off, and the green light on your watch starts
blinking.

On an incoming call, the OLED display briefly displays the caller’s phone number,
then switches to the caller’s name as shown in your address book.

