Clean the device with a damp cloth, clean the accessories in soapy water rinse thoroughly and dry. Make sure that there are no packaging materials or foreign objects (including products) inside.
Switch on all heating elements by selecting heating mode , set the maximum temperature to 230°C and timer for 15 minutes. Some smoke or odour may be produced at the first switch-on,
this is normal and not a malfunction. At the end of this cleaning procedure, let the unit cool down, after which it will be ready for operation.
USING THE APPLIANCE
SWITCHING ON
Make sure the device is switched off (timer adjustment knob is in the «OFF/0» position). Connect the device to the power supply.
Install a bake tray and/or wire rack, place the food. If the food is cooked on the wire rack/rotisserie, place the bake tray on the bottom level to prevent oil/grease/juice droplets from getting onto the
heated surfaces.
Turn the temperature adjustment knob "3" to set the desired temperature from 100 to 25C.
Then turn the heating mode selection knob "5" to set desired heating mode.
If you need to additionally enable the convection mode, or rotation of rotisserie, or both modes together, turn the knob "6" to the desired position.
To turn on the device, set the timer from 1 to 60 minutes by turning the timer setting knob "7".
The inner light and indicator light "4" will illuminate, the device starts working.
After the set time has elapsed, an audible signal will sound, the inner light & indicator light will go out, and the device will stop working.
If the products are not ready yet, set the additional operating time by turning the timer knob.
In order to get better cooking performance, it is recommended to pre-heat the oven about 10-15 minutes. DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE MORE THAN 4 HOURS WITHOUT A BREAK.
HEATING MODE SELECTION
To set the desired heating mode, turn the heating mode adjustment knob "5" to one of the following positions:
- the upper heating elements operating mode. - the lower heating elements operating mode.
- the upper & lower heating elements operating mode. - all heating elements & operating modes are off.
SWITCHING ON CONVECTION MODE AND ROTATION OF THE ROTISSERIE
To turn on the convection mode or the rotation of the rotisserie, or both modes together, turn the knob "6" to one of the following positions:
- convection mode. - rotation of the rotisserie.
- convection mode & rotation of the rotisserie. - convection mode & rotation of the rotisserie are off.
USING THE ROTISSERIE
Loosen the clamps on the retainers.
Attach one retainer to the rod of the rotisserie, insert the rod through the product you are going to cook, place the food in the center of the rotisserie, and attach the second retainer. Make sure that
the clamps are twisted and the impaled product is firmly fixed on the rotisserie. Do not allow the product parts to come into contact with the heating elements!
