GUARANTEE AND PENALTIES
The Contractor will guarantee individual as well as integrated performance of all
the equipment supplied by them for period as stipulated in the GCC prior to the
date of issue of taking over certificate by the Employer. The final acceptance
certificate will be issued by the Employer after successful commissioning of the
Plant by the Contractor showing all the performance test at specified parameters.
