SPA SHELL, SPA SHELL LEAKS, AND STRUCTURE

Marquis Corp. warrants the spa shell against peeling, cracking,

yellowing, blistering, or delamination for a period of five years from

date of purchase.

Spa shell and structure are warranted against leaks for a period of

five years from date of purchase.

SPA CABINET AND SPA BASE

Marquis Corp. warrants the EasyCare™ exterior and EasyCare spa

bottom against peeling, cracking, blistering, or delamination for a

period of three years from date of purchase.

Natural cedar exterior is warranted to be free from defects in

workmanship at time of sale.

PLUMBING

Marquis Corp. warrants the jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal

glue joints, and all bonded parts against leaking for three years.

MAJOR COMPONENTS AND SYSTEMS

Marquis Corp. warrants the heater, jet pump, pump seal, controls

and equipment pack against any malfunction or defect in materials

or workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase.

FACTORY-INSTALLED PARTS

Marquis Corp. warrants all factory-installed spa parts, system, and

components including drain bib, GFCI cord, gaskets, fuses, remov-

able jet fittings*, skimmer lid*, light bulbs*, light lens*, spa cover*,

and cover locks and latches*, for a period of one year from date of

purchase. Filter cartridge is excluded from extended warranty, but

is warranted to be free from defects at time of sale.

*Customer must return part to dealer for replacement.

This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser of the spa for

personal, family, or household purposes only. This warranty is not

transferable.
