CLOCK SETTING
- All the time information is shown in 12 hours; AM/PM format.
1. In standby mode and press the [MEM/CLKADJ]key once, the Hour digit will show “00” and flash.
2. Press SKIP/TUNING or SKIP/TUNING to adjust hour digit.
3. Press [MEM/CLKADJ]again to select the minutes setting, the Minute digit will show “00” and flash.
4. Press the SKIP/TUNING or SKIP/TUNING to adjust minute digit.
5. Press the [MEM/CLKADJ]again set the day digit will flash (Monday…to Sunday)
6. Press [MEM/CLKADJ]to adjust day digit.
TUNER/OPERATE
Operate in the order shown.
1. Press STANDBY to switch on the unit.
2. Press the source selection button “FUNCTION” to TUNER mode.
3. Press the STOP/BAND button to select the band (FM or AM).
4. Tune to the required station by pressing the SKIP/TUNING or SKIP/TUNING button.
5. Adjust the volume sound level by pressing Volume + or Volume – button.
Note:
When listening to FM broadcasts it is advisable to fully extend the wire FM antenna on the rear cover.
FM Antenna
- Extend the FM Antenna wire for better FM reception.
TUNTABLE OPERATION :
Open the record player cover, unlock the tone arm rest locking device and remove the protective cover from the stylus.
1. Press the function button and select to PHONE position.
2. Place a record on the turntable. When playing singles use the 45-rpm adaptor.
3. Set the speed selector according to the record to 33, 45 or 78 position.
4. Lift the tone arm with the cue lever.
5. Place the stylus above the edge of the record or any position above the record you want to play.
6. Lower the tone arm with the cue lever carefully on the record to start playback.
7. At the end of the record the turntable stops automatically. Lift the tone arm carefully with the cue lever off the record and place it
back on the tone arm rest.
8. To interrupt of stop playback before the end of the record, lift the tone arm carefully with the cue lever off the record and place it
back on the tone arm rest.
9. For some records the turntable stops before the end of the record. In this case set the auto stop at the rear to OFF to enjoy the full
length of the record.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Do not lift the tone arm manually off a turning record.
- Use the tone arm locking device to avoid damage to pick-up system and stylus.
- To extend the lifespan of pick-up system and stylus, clean records before playback.
- After a certain period of use the stylus has to be exchanged.
