To display the DUAL interface above, you can also press DUAL button.
DUAL: The item has 2 sub-items such as ON and OFF. When it is in ON mode,
the unit can work as disc player and radio receiver at the same time.
KEY: Under the condition of DUAL ON, when making the KEY item is in CURRENT
mode, only the radio function of all buttons are activated; when making the
KEY item is in DVD mode, only the disc function of all buttons are activated;
VOL: The item is used to adjust the volume of DUAL Line Out for DVD under the
condition of DUAL ON.

TA SEEK/TA ALARM:
TA SEEK mode: when newly tuned station does not receive TP information for 5
seconds, the radio retunes to next station which has not the same station(PI) as the
last station, but has the TP information.
When TP information gets lost at the current station for retune time which is set by
RETUNE SHORT(30 seconds) or RETUNE LONG(90 seconds), the radio start to
retune to next same PI station. When same PI station does not catch in 1 cyclic search,
the radio retunes to next station with TP information.
TA ALARM mode: when this mode is selected, any automatic retune mode is not
activated. Only double beep sound(ALARM) is out-put.
When newly tuned station does not have TP information for 5 seconds, beeps come
out. When TP information gets lost at the current station for retune time, the beep
sound is out-putted.
When newly tuned station has not RDS signal, PI SEEK is suppressed somewhat.
PI SOUND/ PI MUTE:
PI SOUND mode: if a car cruises that critical area back and forth, an oscillation pheno-
menon can be occurred, because the different PI code can be receive from a same AF.
when the different PI sound (DIP) is heard once in a while, the different PI sound will
be heard for less than 1 second.
PI MUTE mode: under above same situation, a mute sound will be heard for less than
1 second.
RETUNE L / RETUNE S:
The initial time of automatic TA search or PI SEARCH mode is selected.
When PI information is not caught for retune time , the radio start to retune to next
same PI station.
When same PI station does not catch 1 cyclic search, the radio goes to last station
and waits for 4-5 minute until PI code is received.
RETUNE L mode: selected as 90 seconds.
RETUNE S mode: selected as 30 seconds.
5.8 Change Caption Language
In the state of DVD disc playing, press SUBTITLE button repeatedly to
select the language of the caption or turn off the caption.(depend on the
disc used.)
In the state of VCD/CD/MP3/WMA disc playing, the button is not available.
5.9 Change Audio Language
1. In the state of DVD disc playing, press the AUDIO button repeatedly
on the IR remote controller to select the desired language type.
(depend on the disc used)
2. In the state of VCD disc playing, press the AUDIO button repeatedly to
select Left, Right and Stereo sound mode, no language function.
3. No this function for CD/MP3/WMA playback.
5.10 Look over Playback Imformation
1. In the state of DVD disc playing, long press the OSD button repeatedly
on the remote controller to turn on/off the playback status. When it is on,
it will display the information such as: title elapsed time, title remained
time, title serial number, chapter serial number, etc.
2. In the state of VCD disc playing, long press the OSD button repeatedly
on the remote controller to turn on/off the playback status. When it is on,
it will display the information such as: single elapsed time, single remained
time, and track serial number.
3. In the state of CD/MP3/WMA disc playing, the OSD button is not available.
5.11 Program Playback
It allows you to enter the order in which you want some chapters/tracks in
DVD/VCD/MP3/WMA/CD disc to play.
