4. INSTALLATION

Installation tips:

x Turn off all devices (TV and HDMI sources) before connecting them to

the Connect 420 UHD™. If a device cannot be turned off, please remove

the plug from the socket.

x Only use High Speed HDMI® certified cables for the best picture and

sound quality. Using too much force to connect or disconnect the HDMI

cables may damage them.

1. Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI sources (such as game

consoles, Blu-ray players and Digital TV Decoders) to the HDMI ports

marked "HDMI input".

2. Use an HDMI cable to connect the TV to the HDMI port marked "HDMI

output".

3. Connect the power adapter to the "DC 5V" and insert the plug into the

socket.

4. Pull the plastic strip from the remote control's battery compartment to

activate the battery and remove the protective film from the top.
