with powder solvent and wipe lightly with

Cleaning the Action
The steps listed below should be followed
carefully to assure proper disassembly, clean.

receiver (photo H).

(Model 99C only). Unscrew take.down screws
A and B as shown in photo I. Separate the
rifle into two segments, the first consisting
of the stock and trigger assembly, the seconctJ
consisting of the barrel and action. Unscrew
the assembly screws D and E as well as
assembly post screw F as shown in photo J.
Remove assembly post G. The action can
now be removed from the receiver.
(Models 99M 1. 989M2). Remove the two
hand guard screws and barrel band shown
in photo K. You may now proceed in accor.
