Informationen zum Vorbild Mit der Baureihe V 80 begann 1952 in Deutschland eine neue Epoche des Lokomotivbaus. Diese ersten Diesellokomotiven mit hydraulischer Kraftübertragung entstanden als Gemeinschaftsentwicklung des BZA München mit der deutschen Lokomotivindustrie. Krauss-Maffei und MaK beschritten dabei völlig neue Wege bei der Schweißtechnik an Rahmen, Aufbau und Drehgestell als auch bei der Bauart und Anordnung der Maschinenanlagen.
