Instructions for Installing Pan Supports and Baff les
Sterilmatic- ELECTRICALLY OPERATED
1. Hang pan supports on studs In
chamber.
Note: the longest of the
three channels must be
on the top.
2. Install baffle at the end of the
upper channel. Hook clip on
baffle over
90 degree end pro·
jection
of pan support.
3. Place
the two perforated bottom
pans together so that they inter-
lock.
Note:
that the holes in the
top pan do not line up with
the holes in the bottom pan,
thus preventing the water
from boiling through. Set
this assembly on
the floor
of the chamber.
