CLEANING AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
1. The skillet should be cleaned daily.
2. Wash the skillet with a mild detergent and hot water. If
food is stuck to the surface of the skillet pan, soak it and
use a little heat to loosen the food. Then, wash with clear
water and dry.
3. Be sure to wash under the skillet cover and rinse with
clear water.
4. Check the skillet pouring lip corners to be sure they are
clean. Also, wash around the exterior of the skillet. Rinse
with clear water and air dry.
