1 Thermostat Control
Regulates oven temper-
ature. Controls heating
element operation.
2 60-Minute Timer
Electric timer to aid
operator in timing cooking
cycle. Does not control
oven operation.
3 5-Hour Timer Same as 60-Minute Timer.
4 ON-OFF Switch
Controls electrical power to
thermostat and fan motor.
Must be in ON position for
oven to operate.
5 Indicator Light
Indicates when lit that
heating elements are
operating. Cycles on and
off with thermostat control.
6 Circuit Breaker
Protects fan motor and
control circuits. Must be in
ON position for oven to
operate.
