(S04) Time Form
The time form menu selects the 12 hour time display with am
(or pm) or 24 hour time display.
Selection Range Description
12h
12:00 - 11:59 am
12:00 - 11:59 pm
24h 00:00 - 23:59
1. From stop, press the MENU/STORE/UTILITY button.
2. Turn the Jog wheel so Time Form is displayed.
3. While Time Form is displayed, press the Jog wheel.
The 12h or 24h will be flashing.
4. Turn the Jog wheel to toggle between 12h and 24h.
5. When correct, press the Jog wheel.
The display returns to Time Form.
6. If you are done making Menu changes to the Preset,
press the MENU/STORE/UTILITY button to save
your changes.
Display returns to stop mode.
(S05) Machine Name
Machine Name allows you to set the name of the PMD580.
Selection Range Description
5 to 12 characters
(0 – 9, A – Z, a – z)
“PMD580A000000” = Default
1. From stop, press the MENU/STORE/UTILITY button.
2. Turn the Jog wheel until “Machine Name” is
displayed.
3. Press the Jog wheel while Machine Name is
displayed. The first character of the Machine Name
will flash.
4. Turn the Jog wheel to select a position to change or
add a character then press the Jog wheel.
5. Turn the Jog wheel to select a character.
