The disc read time has been shortened
compared to conventional models (Marantz
comparison 20% or less). Smoothly plays back

The Marantz universal player provides
impeccable analog output quality using high
sound quality 2 channel audio output, gold
plated output jacks, and other features. CDs
and SACDs can be played back with high
definition.
Network audio functions support FLAC
and WAV 192 kHz/24-bit
The UD5007 is equipped with DLNA1.5
certified network audio functions. When
combined with a home network and a device
with DLNA server functions, such as a
computer or network HDD (Network Attached
Storage (NAS)), you can playback FLAC and
WAV files. 192 kHz/24-bit is also supported.

Newly developed full shield mechanism
accurately reads signals
The newly developed full shield mechanism
covers the component with a double layer of
metal and rubber to reduce the disc rotating
sound by approximately 30%. Together
with the fan-less design this greatly reduces
the mechanism noise that inhibits viewing
and listening. You can enjoy the disc media
contents without distraction.
