The large EI core transformer and Marantz
original high-capacity block capacitor
(MM7055: 33,000 µF×2, MM7025: 15,000
µF×2) provide a high instantaneous current
supply capability. There is enough power to drive
power-demanding large speaker at high speed.

input and noise-robust balanced input
The input jacks are equipped with both
unbalanced input and balanced input for all
channels. Which is used depends on which
pre-amp is used with the amplifi er.

range are used for all channels. These boast

a powerful power circuit and low-impedance
circuits to output 70% or more of the rated
output when driving 5 channels.
Highly rigid front panel and large
aluminum heat sink
The front panel is constructed of 3 piece made
from aluminum alloy and highly rigid fi berglass
reinforced resin. The divided sub-frame
construction provides chassis rigidity while
distributing the vibration mode and suppressing
unnecessary resonance. The large heat sink
within the housing is also highly rigid and
employs a chimney type aluminum material with
little resonance. This eliminates the negative
effect on sound quality of vibration.
