Make audio-related settings.
Filter
This unit is equipped with a sound quality adjusting function which allows
users to enjoy the desired playback sound quality. The unit supports PCM
signal.
Filter 1
(Default):
Offers a short impulse response for both
pre-echo and post-echo. Suitable for large-
informationcontent audio. Produces a deep
sound image with clearly-defined positional
relationships of the audio sources.
Filter 2:
This characteristic is known as
asymmetrical impulse response. The post
echo is slightly longer than the pre-echo.
The sound characteristics is more analog
like.
Lock Range
Narrowing down the “Lock Range” setting reduces jittering, providing
clearer sound. However, narrowing down the “Lock Range” too much can
cause noise or interruption of the sound during playback or when changing
to a song of a different sampling frequency. In this case, broaden the
“Lock Range” setting while listening to music until the music sounds
normal.

The factory default setting for “Lock Range” differs depending on the input source.
Below are the factory default settings for each input source.

Network playback, USB memory and Bluetooth, which have a common setting.
