include the model and serial
number
of the
unit
together with a description ol the
problem.

should ever be necessary to ship the
unit to
the factory
or authorized seNice station and
your
receiver
is mounted in its accessory walnut cabinet,

should be returned to the factory

Authorized Return Label which
