RETURNS & WARRANTY
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy provides you 15 days to return the item whether the item was ordered by mistake or because of buyer’s
remorse. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Refund payment will be issued after all returned items are
inspected by our warehouse team. All return items must be authorized through email by customer service team.
• All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• If the item has been open, assembled, or installed, it is NOT eligible for return.
• Anything that customer required us to customize is not eligible for return.
• Any customize add-on accessories are not eligible for return.
• Any special required cabinet colors are not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible to check all items as soon as they receive them. If anything is missing or damaged, please
contact the Maplevilles Cabinetry customer service team for further assistance. Customers are responsible to contact a
shipping company to arrange for pickup and pay for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be applied once items are
inspected by the warehouse team, minus a 25% restocking fee. Credit may not be issued for return shipping cost depending
on situations.
Steps for Return:
Contact the Maplevilles Cabinetry customer service team via email at orders@maplevillescabinetry.com. All e-mails must
include the following:
a) Reason for return (please provide a detailed explanation for the return).
b) All returns MUST include a clear high-definition un-edited photo supporting the reason of your return.
Upon approval, you will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) confirmation number. Once you ship out the return
goods, please provide us with tracking number along with your RMA number.
Once we receive the item, we will notify you regarding the return once we have inspected the item - typically within 2 business

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Maplevilles Cabinetry products are warranted to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of original purchase or
as long as the original purchasing consumer owns the home, whichever is less.
Warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation of cabinets, or added cabinetwork. Warranty does not
cover any product used or installed in connection with cabinets, such as appliances, countertops, plumbing fixtures or
electrical fixtures. Warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation storage or exposure to excessive temperatures
or to defects from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, any improper use or care or failure to maintain cabinets. No
installer, dealer, retailer, subcontractor, agent or employee of Maplevilles Product has the authority to alter the obligations or
limitations of Maplevilles Product warranty. Warranty is not transferable.
