across columns in a table.

Table Settings:
In the Properties dialog (Table>Properties menu):
1. Set Exterior Border to Top and Bottom.
Using the Table menu:
2. Group columns 1 and 2.
3. Group rows 2 to 4.
Using the Table menu:
4. Set row Alignment to Baseline for all rows.
