DESCRIPTION

Planipatch Plus is an acrylic latex additive for use specifically with Planipatch

fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound. Mixing

Planipatch Plus undiluted with Planipatch allows it to be used over a variety

of substrates including vinyl composition tile (VCT), felt-backed sheet vinyl,

cutback adhesive residue and MAPEI moisture barriers.

WHERE TO USE

• As an additive only for Planipatch. For details, see the current Technical

Data Sheet (TDS) for Planipatch.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not mix Planipatch Plus (neat or diluted) with anything other than

Planipatch.

MIXING

Before product use, take appropriate safety precautions. Refer to the Safety

Data Sheet for details.

• Use the following mixing ratios for Planipatch Plus, depending on the

functionality required.

Diluted mixing

– The dilution ratio is 1 part of Planipatch Plus to 3 parts of water. To dilute

a Planipatch Plus jug measuring 1 U.S. gal. (3,79 L), mix in 3 U.S. gals.

(11,4 L) of water. Add the 4 U.S. gals. (15,1 L) diluted mixture to nine 10-lb.

(4,54 kg) bags of Planipatch powder.

Full-strength mixing

– When used at full strength, a Planipatch Plus jug measuring 1 U.S. gal.

(3,79 L) mixes with two 10-lb. (4,54 kg) bags of Planipatch powder
