C OUTPUT (XLR) Unbalanced capacitor coupled
PIN 1 & 3 ground
PIN2 hot (standardly shipped)
D INPUT (XLR) Balanced transformer coupled
PIN1 - ground
PIN2 - positive going phase(+)
PIN3 - negative going phase (-)
