rotisserie not only cooks faster and more evenly
than most rotisseries, its optional ventless
hood means it can go almost anywhere!
• Capacity – Up to  chickens on  spits.
• Cooks and Holds – The theater eect
continues even ater the cooking cycle
has nished. The dual temperature setting
automatically switches to hold mode once
the food is done cooking.
• Programmable controls – The solid-state
electronic control features a memory to
store up to  menu items on a one-touch
control pad, ensuring consistent results
every time.
• Stacking options – For a functionally
complete rotisserie program, stack the
Electric Rotisserie on the companion AR-
H holding cabinet. This cabinet allows
a wider variety of food to be packed and
displayed.
• Easy to clean – The rotisserie wheel
and skewers completely disassemble for
simple, less bulky cleanup. An optional
teon coated package makes cleanup
simple.
• Eicient – The electric rotisserie uses less
electricity to cook a load of chickens, using
up to  less energy than competitive
models.
• Fast cooking  high production –
The combination of convection and
radiant heat cooks food in half the time
of competitive rotisseries, eectively
doubling your cooking production.
