CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
• Recommended cleaner: Any caustic-base (low
sudsing, non-perfumed, easily rinsed) detergent
solution which provides a minimum 2% sodium
hydroxide. The solution must be prepared in
accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Solution temperature must be between 90°F
(32°C) and 110°F (43°C). Temperatures in excess
of this can cause internal damage to the
dispensing valve components.
• Recommended sanitizer: Any sanitizer which
provides a minimum of 120 parts per million
(120 milligrams per liter) of available chlorine.

• Two five gallon (figals) syrup tanks and fittings,
cleaned and sanitized (one for cleaner; one for
sanitizer)
