The Extension is only offered if the country of (shipping)/purchase/registration is the same.
To take advantage of the Extension, you must register your product with us within 12 months
from the original date of purchase.
Registration may be accomplished in the following manner:
Products with a QR Code Label (the QR code is a two dimensional barcode on the packaging
label which identifies the product and its origin):
Scan the QR code on the product package using your smartphone.
You will be redirected to the product page where you will find the link to the registration
form.

Go to http://www.manfrotto.com/warranty (If you purchased a product from our website,
you will receive an email from us containing a link to register your product).
Please enter all the required information. (Please note we require the QR code number to
complete registration. This number is displayed below the QR code).
Please ensure that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase for the warranty to be valid: you
will need to send us your receipt when you service or repair your product under warranty.
Warranty Coverage, Terms and Conditions
The Standard Limited Warranty is offered for the period described above to the owner of the
product while the "Extension" is offered exclusively to the original purchaser. Both warrant that
the Manfrotto product, when used for its intended purpose and properly maintained, to be free of
latent defects in material or workmanship.
In the event of a claim under either the Standard Limited Warranty or the Extension, Manfrotto's
obligation is limited to replacing or repairing, at Manfrotto's discretion, the product(s) or part(s)
determined by Manfrotto to be defective in materials or workmanship.
If the original product has been superseded, a replacement may be made with a current model of
the same quality and equivalent function. Warranty on any replacement parts is limited to 90
days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the product on which the parts are being
used, whichever is longer.
The Extension, where available, provides the following periods of additional Warranty coverage
(from the initial date of product purchase):
- 2 years for Electronic and electro-mechanical parts, glued rubber components;
- 5 years for hydrostatic mechanisms, rubber parts, gaskets and shock absorbers;
